September Quarterly Activities Report
For the period 1 July to 30 September 2026
Highlights
• Warby Phase 2 rock chips returned up to 5.5% tungsten (W), with five of six samples above 1% W.
Integrated Phase 1 and 2 results indicate a substantially larger tungsten system than the historical
workings alone. Soil anomalies are open in multiple directions with pan concentrates up to 4.5% W
along a 13-kilometre granite contact which remains mostly untested. [6, 16, 18]
• Warby Phase 3 infill and extension soil sampling commenced. The first 162 samples were
despatched to ALS during the quarter, with assays expected in October 2026. Results will be used to
vector a maiden Warby drill program. [19]
• Mt Turner Western Zone soil results defined two new gold targets within a five-kilometre area,
establishing a second major gold-bearing corridor alongside the 14-kilometre Drummer Fault. The
northern gold-in-soil anomaly is continuous for over 1,000m and remains open, it is situated
adjacent to a 1,400m multi-element hydrothermal footprint. [3, 17]
• Funding and drilling: Tranche 2 of a A$1.85 million placement was completed following shareholder
approval on 24 July, raising A$725,000 (before costs). Phase 2 diamond drilling at the Drummer Fault
commenced on 5 October 2026, after quarter end. [7, 10–12]
• UNSW petrology supports an intrusion-related gold model at Mt Turner and informed targeting
along the Drummer Fault corridor. [1, 2]
• Eigenform NextMaps collaboration established to evaluate AI-assisted geological interpretation
and target ranking across the Australian portfolio. [4]

Lightning Minerals Limited (ASX: L1M) presents its activities for the quarter ended 30 September
2026. Exploration focused on improving the geological understanding of Mt Turner and advancing Warby
from reconnaissance sampling towards ranked drill targets. The quarter set up two near-term catalysts
for shareholders: results from Phase 2 drilling at Mt Turner, which commenced in early October, and
Phase 3 soil assays from Warby.
Quarter in Review
The September quarter significantly advanced the Company’s exploration strategy through an intensive
and company record number of field programs inclusive of surface sampling, independent geological
analysis and integrated interpretation. At Mt Turner, Western Zone soil results strengthened the pipeline
of gold targets alongside the Drummer Fault. At Warby, the progression from Phase 2 geochemical
sampling to integrated results and Phase 3 follow-up sampling delineated a substantially larger tungsten
system than previously interpreted and prompted the Company to fast-track Phase 3 sampling. These
prospects are exploration-stage opportunities; the results do not establish a Mineral Resource or
demonstrate economic viability.

MANAGING DIRECTOR COMMENT:
“Our extensive September quarter exploration program has significantly strengthened the target
pipeline across Mt Turner and the Warby Tungsten Project. The Western Zone results have defined two
further gold target areas at Mt Turner, while the integrated Warby results show that tungsten anomalies
extend beyond the historical workings. We are following these results with a systematic exploration plan
to sharpen our targeting and guide the next stage of drilling.
Our focus remains on directing capital towards technically supported programs across our Australian
portfolio. We look forward to receiving the Warby Phase 3 assays and reporting results from the Phase 2
drilling program at Mt Turner, which is now underway.”

Table 1. Strategy Execution Priorities
Mt Turner Project Queensland
Mt Turner remains the Company’s flagship project and principal value driver, with the Company targeting
a maiden Mineral Resource Estimate (MRE) by Q3 2027. [20] Work during the quarter focused on the
geological controls of gold mineralisation along the Drummer Fault and the identification of additional
gold targets in the Western Zone.
INDEPENDENT PETROLOGY AND DRUMMER FAULT TARGETING
On 1 July, the Company released the UNSW petrographic study of selected core from its 2025 diamond
drilling program. The study associated gold mineralisation with rhyolite and dacite intrusions localised
along major structures, including the Drummer Fault and Cobar Line. Evidence of multiple mineralising
events and intrusive breccias supported further evaluation of extensions at depth.
3
Aeromagnetic interpretation also identified additional concealed intrusive targets east of Aurora Creek.
The study assists target selection; it does not establish the scale or continuity of a resource.
Supplementary JORC Table 1 information was released on 3 July. [1, 2]
This study combined with soil sample results (total 492) as announced on 19 June 2026 and in the last
quarterly, provides further confidence for the planned location of the next phase of drilling at the
Drummer Fault. A total of six, multi-element anomalies were delineated over a combined strike length of
approximately 3.9km.
WESTERN ZONE FIELD PROGRAM
The 7 July announcement confirmed completion of the Western Zone soil program, with a total of 551
systematic soil samples and 12 rock chip samples reported at that stage. Sampling covered an
approximate five-kilometre structural corridor (refer to Figure 1). The program was completed safely,
ahead of schedule and below budget. Results were subsequently interpreted and released on 2
September. [3, 17]

Mt Turner Drilling and Broader Targets
PHASE 2 DRILLING PATHWAY
Phase 2 diamond drilling at the Drummer Fault was re-scheduled from mid-August to early October 2026
due primarily to a lack of drilling crew/personnel in North Queensland. [3, 20] The program builds on the
2025 Phase 1 drilling, in which 8 out of 9 holes intersected breccia-hosted gold mineralistion. New drill
holes will test the continuity of mineralisation between the historical oxide open pits along strike and at
depth whilst also testing the structural controls on mineralisation. Drilling commenced on 5 October
2026, after quarter end (ASX announcement 6 October 2026).
COPPER AND MOLYBDENUM EXPLORATION
The 29 September company presentation highlighted the ERC copper–molybdenum opportunity within
Mt Turner, including a proposed Climax-style molybdenum exploration model, delineated by soil
geochemistry, induced polarisation geophysical responses and vein observations in outcrop. These early
stage, positive exploration vectors require further investigation.
EXPLORATION PRIORITIES
The immediate December Quarter exploration priorities are as follows:
1) Complete the Drummer Fault Phase 2 drilling program (commenced 5 October 2026) and
progress towards a maiden gold MRE, targeted for Q2 2027.
2) Integrate new drilling information with petrology, geochemistry, structural mapping and
historical results to define Phase 3 drill targets for the MRE.
3) Refine and extend the Western Zone soil anomalies before selecting drill sites.
4) Continue to evaluate the ERC copper–molybdenum model and other Mt Turner targets
against current and new technical evidence.
5) Interpret Warby Phase 3 assays and generate drill targets during the December quarter, ahead
of trenching and maiden drilling planned for 2027.
REPORTING OF SURFACE RESULTS
Rock chip samples are selective and may not represent the average grade of the mineralised system. Soil
and drainage geochemistry identify anomalies and guide follow-up exploration; they do not establish
grade, tonnage or continuity at depth. Historical results and interpretations should be read with the
sampling details, qualifications and JORC Table 1 disclosures in the original announcements.
Warby Tungsten Project Queensland
Warby is a wholly owned tungsten exploration project in North Queensland, approximately 25 kilometres
north of Mount Surprise, in the same belt as theMtCarbinetungsten mine (refer to Figure 2). Thequarter’s
work indicated a substantially larger tungsten system than previously interpreted and advanced the
project towards selection of maiden drill targets. Tungsten is classified as a critical mineral by several
Western governments and China currently accounts for approximately 80% of processed worldwide
supply. [5, 6, 16, 18, 19]
6
PHASE 2 FIELD PROGRAM AND ROCK CHIP RESULTS
Phase 2 exploration was announced on 13 July and completion reported on 21 July. Mapping, soil
geochemistry, drainage concentrate sampling and rock chip sampling was used to evaluate thehistorical
workings and surrounding prospective structures. The field program was reported as completed safely,
on schedule and under budget. [5, 6]
The 24 August results reported six rock chip samples, including samples from historical artisanal dumps.
Five samples returned more than 1% W, with a peak of 5.5% W. The rock chip results are summarised
below in Table 3 to retain balanced reporting. [16]

Tungsten is reported as elemental W, not WO3. Selective rock and dump samples are not representative of bulk mineralisation;
mineralised widths are not established.
INTEGRATED SEPTEMBER RESULTS
The 21 September release integrated 91 soil samples, 17 pan concentrates, 20 Phase 1 rock chips and
21 reference samples. The Tungsten soil anomalies delineated remain open in multiple directions. Peak
pan concentrate results were up to 4.5% W and 4.2% Sn within a very large dispersion zone exceeding
four square kilometres. Wolframite and scheelite were identified in hand specimens, further evaluation
of this quartz-vein system is underway. Pan concentrates are enriched samples and do not indicate in-
situ grades. [18]

PHASE 3 GEOCHEMICAL SAMPLING
On 24 September, the Company reported Phase 3 infill and extension soil sampling which included 162
samples. Samples were despatched to ALS Laboratory in Townsville with results expected in October; a
further 100 samples were subsequently collected and sent for analysis. Seven quartz-vein and wall-rock
samples containing wolframite or scheelite were sent to UNSW for petrological and mineralogical
assessment. The work is intended to refine any open anomalies and help vector a maiden drill program
for 2027. [19]
