CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Mr Brice is an experienced executive with more than 25 yearsโ experience in the global resources sector across mining, critical minerals and energy. He has held senior executive roles including Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer of ASX-listed and private international resource companies, with responsibility for strategic planning, mine development, M&A execution and capital markets engagement. He has a strong track record in advancing project development, improving asset value and supporting capital raisings.
He has extensive international experience, having worked across Australasia, Asia, the Middle East, the Americas and Europe. Mr Brice brings deep expertise in governance, risk management, divestments, ESG and stakeholder engagement with investors, regulators and government bodies. He has previously held senior positions with Rio Tinto, Shell Coal and Swire Energy Services, leading operational initiatives across multiple jurisdictions. Mr Brice holds an MBA from the University of New England, a Bachelor of Professional Studies and a Diploma in Corporate Directors and has completed advanced executive education programs at Duke University and INSEAD.

Non-Executive Chairman
Mr Vilensky is a practising corporate lawyer and an experienced listed company director. He is Managing Director of Perth law firm Bowen Bucbinder Vilensky and has more than 35 yearsโ experience in the areas of business law and in commercial and corporate management.
Mr Vilensky practices in the areas of corporate and commercial law, corporate advisory, mergers and acquisitions, mining and resources and complex dispute resolution. Mr Vilensky acts for a number of listed and public companies and advises on directorโs duties, compliance with ASX listing rules, corporate governance and corporate transactions generally. Mr Vilensky was an early director and then Non-Executive Chairman of Latin Resources Ltd (ASX: LRS) until its successful sale to Pilbara Minerals Ltd (ASX: PLS) in a A$560M transaction in February 2025. He is currently a Non-Executive Director of Core Energy Minerals Ltd (ASX: CR3) and Chairman of unlisted ESG Minerals Ltd. Previous corporate roles have been as Non-Executive Chairman of copper exploration Zambezi Resources Ltd (ASX: ZRL) and Non-Executive Director of telecommunications company Vonex Ltd (ASX: VN8).

NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Mr Day is a qualified Geologist with over 30 years experience with a BSc (Hons) in Applied Geology and MSc in Mineral Exploration. He has significant exploration experience across a range of commodities including lithium, gold and nickel. Most recently Mr Day was Exploration Manager at Liontown Resources (ASX: LTR) where he led the team that discovered the Kathleen Valley project (156Mt @ 1.4% Li20) and Buldania project (15Mt @ 1.0% Li20).
He also led the team that discovered the Rosie and C2 nickel sulphide deposits for Independence Group (ASX: IGO) and played a key role in the delineation of >1 Million ounces of gold at the Moolart Well deposit.
Mr Day possesses strong networks throughout the industry and has significant experience practically including from discovery through to JORC Resource estimation as well as senior and executive level management both in Australia and internationally. He is a member of the Australian Institute of Geoscientists (AIG).

Non-Executive DIRECTOR
Justyn Stedwell
Mr Stedwell is an experienced finance and governance executive with more than 17 yearsโ experience serving as Company Secretary of ASX-listed companies. He has also held Non-Executive Director roles on the boards of several ASX-listed companies, bringing strong expertise in corporate governance, compliance and board advisory matters.
Mr Stedwell has worked as Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary for a number of ASX-listed and unlisted public and private companies across a range of sectors, including biotechnology, healthcare and mineral exploration. He has extensive experience in financial management, statutory reporting, corporate transactions and governance frameworks, and has supported companies through a variety of growth and regulatory environments.
He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Monash University, a Graduate Diploma of Accounting from Deakin University, and a Graduate Diploma in Applied Corporate Governance from the Governance Institute of Australia.
